Gender Equality Action Plan
In early 2022, we released our Gender Equality Action Plan, with three key themes to focus on over the next three years. These are:
- Creating a diverse workforce
- Creating an inclusive culture
- Building awareness and understanding of gender inequality in the workplace to identify and remove systemic barriers to achieving gender equality.
